Hemant (Multimedia Designer) He does not provide website hosting services. He can refer the website hosting companies and rates to his client but accepts no responsibilities for compensation of any loss caused due to server failures/transaction/agreements agreed or done between the client and the website hosting company. Visual and Website Design : 01) While every effort is taken to ensure that the website is error free, Hemant will not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred due to any malfunction. 02) Hemant will not take responsibility for any copyright infringement caused by the material submitted by the client. 03) Hemant has the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material. 04) Hemant will not be liable for the cost incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet the agreed deadlines. 05) Hemant will not accept any material, which is used for creating adult or porn websites. Compelling him to work on pornographic designs will lead to legal action. 06) Hemant will not be liable for compensation due to server failures or unavailability of the site. 07) 50% advance for website design has to be paid to Hemant. Work will commence only after the advance amount is received. 08) In future if the clients refuses or feels that he/she/company doesn’t need a website, the advance payment will not be refunded. 09) Website design charges are based on the amount of time, efforts for creating visual design and HTML & CSS coding by Hemant. 10) Hemant is not responsible for internal disputes among partners. His liability is only restricted to design. 10) Once the website design is complete, the designed website will be uploaded only after the balance full payment is made by the client to Hemant. 11) Hemant reserves the right to display the visuals created by him to display it as his designing portfolio to others. 12) Rights of photographs,logos, graphics and source code belong to the respective owners. |
